The Timebenders’ Experience offers several formats and styles to suit your event.

1. Sets and set length.
Our goal is to suit you and your event, we can perform regular sets with breaks varying in length from 50 – 75 minutes, or even do one long show that can last up to 3 solid hours with no breaks!

It has been our experience that, depending on the event, the more breaks one takes, the greater the chance people will begin to filter out. One solid show keeps the momentum alive and people on the floor, but doesn’t last as long as a show with breaks.

2. Multi-Media
We have invested in a state of the Art Multi-media program that plays along with our show. This visual enhancement gives a concert-like feel with video and graphics that suit the era and Characters as we perform. It’s by no means necessary to the success of the show, but is a wonderful add on for
just a few dollars more – call for current pricing!

3. Over the years we have been a part of many different events and seen many styles and results. We are NOT event planners, the complexity of their job is immeasureable. However, from our perspective, here’s some hints that help make the entertainment portion of the evening a tremendous success.
a) Avoid having the bar outside the room where the entertainment or dancing is, keep people together
b) Speeches or awards that extend beyond the allotted time make for sore bottoms and weary delegates
c) Live auctions can kill mood and momentum, avoid scheduling them in band breaks
d) Ensure the band and production company have adequate time to set up and sound check before
scheduling activity in the event room.
